itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Ausgangssituation \/ Notlage:<br \/>\nDie Zentralafrikanische Republik geh\u00f6rt zu den fragilsten Staaten der Welt: staatliche Strukturen sind weitgehend zusammengebrochen, Gesundheitsdienste zerst\u00f6rt oder nicht funktionsf\u00e4hig, gro\u00dfe Teile des Landes werden von Milizen kontrolliert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Viele verschiedene Gruppen k\u00e4mpfen um die Macht. Der Staat gilt als gescheitert. Besonders im Projektgebiet (Unterpr\u00e4fekturen Kouango, Ndjoukou, Mobaye) fehlt es an medizinischer Grundversorgung, Medikamenten, qualifiziertem Personal und funktionierenden Wasserstellen. Die Kinder- und M\u00fcttersterblichkeit geh\u00f6ren zu den h\u00f6chsten weltweit. Hinzu kommt die Polarisierung der Gesellschaft in Christen und Muslime vor allem seit dem B\u00fcrgerkrieg 2013. Konflikte zwischen religi\u00f6sen Gruppen und lokalen Gemeinschaften sowie tiefsitzende Traumata belasten den sozialen Zusammenhalt zus\u00e4tzlich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projektziel: <\/strong><br \/>\nDie Ma\u00dfnahmen sollen die Gesundheit von Kleinkindern, Schwangeren und M\u00fcttern verbessern, Unterern\u00e4hrung reduzieren sowie Dialog und Friedensstrukturen st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zielgruppe\/n:<\/strong><br \/>\n3.800 besonders vulnerable Familien, entspricht rund 23.000 Menschen im Projektgebiet, darunter insbesondere ca. 7.000\u20138.000 Kinder unter f\u00fcnf Jahren, ca. 3.500\u20134.000 Schwangere und stillende M\u00fctter<\/p>\n<p><strong>Geplante Ma\u00dfnahmen: <\/strong><br \/>\nBessere Basisgesundheitsversorgung, Kauf von Medikamenten und notwendiger Ausr\u00fcstung f\u00fcr 10 Gesundheitszentren und die zus\u00e4tzlichen mobilen Klinikeins\u00e4tze.<br \/>\nZugang zu sauberem Wasser durch Rehabilitation von 15 Brunnen, Wasserversorgung f\u00fcr 4.500 Menschen, Ern\u00e4hrungssicherung und die F\u00f6rderung des friedlichen Zusammenlebens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Redel Stiftung f\u00f6rdert das Projekt mit 100.000
